Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Manager.


+ Develop and maintain key relationships with vendors and suppliers to insure exceptional service levels

+ Assign, monitor, set objectives for key accounts and sales representatives to generate sales growth

+ Provide leadership and direction for pricing proposals and strategic plans for key accounts

+ Accompany sales associates on customer calls

+ Monitor market activity, sales trends and product performance

+ Create sales plans and prepare sales strategies

+ Develop, lead, direct and evaluate a team of outside sales professionals

+ Effectively monitor and manage individual sales representatives' budget and performance

+ Support business and sales initiatives through effective and efficient performance of self and team


+ 5+ years of sales and management experience

+ Familiarity with the local market is a plus

+ Ability to organize and prioritize work

+ Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups

+ Ability to lead, coach/develop and motivate individuals and teams

+ Must have valid driver's license. Heavy travel required
