Irving Oil's New England Talent Acquisition team is looking for a high-volume Seasonal Recruiter for 3 to 6 months to support our increased seasonal recruitment activity.
This role is responsible for partnering with operational leaders to deliver candidates that align with our job requirements, as well as our culture.
* Full-cycle recruiting using a variety of sources to create a fluid pipeline of qualified candidates * Resume evaluation, preliminary phone screening, interview scheduling, and utilization of our Workday system to deliver timely candidates to the hiring manager * Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates. * Work closely with the management and HR team to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible * Efficiently and effectively fill open positions throughout the organization * Development and execution of recruiting plans * Research and implementation of new sources for candidate recruiting * Posting and managing of job opening thru various job boards and advertising venues * Attend job fairs for recruitment and company recognition * Cultivate a positive and rewarding experience for candidates. * Other recruitment activities as needed * Have fun!
* Knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies * Experience with Workday HR software a plus * Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing recruitment and selection * Networking capabilities through industry contacts * Experienced with Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook * Capable of handling multiple priorities with excellent detail orientation * Able to communicate effectively with others, and build trust and credibility quickly * Strong written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills * Well organized manages time and recruiting assignments effectively
