Commercial Banking serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. The Commercial Banking Procedures Team supports Commercial Banking through the end-to-end management of online procedure libraries. This includes initial library creation, publishing, ongoing maintenance, procedural communications, and managing the annual review and attestation of procedural and supporting documentation.






The team is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting various activities related to new projects, the procedures infrastructure, and business-as-usual support.






Core Responsibilities:









+ Serve as project lead responsible for the creation and maintenance of all new build project documentation including: project charters, project plans (using MS Project, Excel, SharePoint), table of contents outlines (in both Word and Excel), project communications, and regular status updates to key stakeholders (leveraging data extracts from SharePoint project sites).

+ Support infrastructure team to coordinate Project Management for the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites.

+ Support infrastructure team on the development of initial library structure using the defined publishing application (expert in Adobe RoboHelp).

+ Supporting the procedure-editing process by conducting time-sensitive quality-assurance checks to ensure documentation (procedures and supporting documents) conform to prescribed templates and style guidelines.

+ Support management on ad hoc projects and the maintenance of monthly reporting.

+ Create strategic solutions / processes for JavaScript / HTML5 applications











**Qualifications:**












+ Fluency with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint.

+ Fluency with Change Management, Version Management

+ Fluency with HTML5, JavaScript, Adobe Extend Script, SQL,

+ A minimum of seven years practical experience with technical/procedural writing, editing, communication, and writing skills.

+ Leads on the design of controls and the control framework to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the respective environment.

+ Recognized as a champion of integrity, fairness and responsibility through promoting an inclusive, respectful, work environment.

+ Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

+ Partners with upstream and downstream process owners to proactively identify areas for improving process quality, control, and productivity.

+ Designs optimal target state operating models and develops implementation plans in partnership with technology and business stakeholders

+ Develops expertise in digital tools (RPA, OCR etc) and leads the delivery of digital solutions that create tangible, sustainable benefits.

+ Familiarity with Agile project development methodologies and working knowledge JIRA and GITHub

+ Ensures completion of daily processes and compliance with relevant procedures, policies, controls, and regulations, and escalation protocols.






**Preferred Qualifications:**









+ PMP Certification

+ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services.

+ Previous product management/development, consulting, or strategy experience.

+ Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital and overall client experiences.

+ Experience in Commercial Banking.

+ Familiarity with JPMC Products and Implementation Workflow and Process.

+ Communicates operations strategies effectively via multiple communications channels.

+ Oracle, Toad, Eclipse, Java
