**Commercial Bank, Head of Product Marketing**







As the Product Marketing Manager, you
will work closely with the Commercial Banking business, product and sales teams
for Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Commercial Card and other lending
products to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to offer best in
class value to our clients. You will be responsible for executing strategies across all
lifecycle stages including consideration, acquisition, activation, and loyalty
- with the ultimate goal of growth and enhanced retention. You will be responsible for championing the client and customer
experience, leading and executing direct marketing campaigns, creating
solutions on behalf of the growth of the portfolio, as well as measuring, reporting
and communicating on the aforementioned topics. Additionally, you will provide
assistance on new business opportunities, which may include research,
specifications development and implementation of new products.







A deep understanding of our
products, industry trends, B2B buying behaviors and the competitive landscape
is a must as you will lead the development of marketing strategies in
partnership with and coordinating resources from the Commercial Banking
Marketing & Communications team including the content, creative, digital,
social and PR teams as well as the businesses and product groups from other
parts of the firm.














**Qualifications**



+ **10+ years of progressively moresubstantive experience in marketing to top leaders and decisions makers ofmedium-sized or large corporations, along with strong product and industryknowledge of wholesale financial services**

+ **Experience in managing theimplementation of new processes or programs that will support partnerproducts such as segmentation strategy, program re-pricing, and rewardrestructure.**

+ **Must be able to assist in thevaluation of new opportunities to support the overall marketing strategy.**

+ **Demonstrated success developingand executing multi-channel, multi-media marketing campaigns**

+ **Ideal candidate will haveexperience in marketing of treasury services products**

+ **Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-pacedenvironment with tight deadlines**

+ **Ability to master newsituations and complex subject matters quickly**

+ **Ability to work independentlyas a self-starter**

+ **Strong planning skills,collaboration skills, analytical skills and program management skills**

+ **Enjoys working on teams,building networks and serving multiple internal clients**

+ **Superior verbal communication skillsand the ability to present ideas in a concise manner**

+ **Strong relationship buildingability and effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels inthe company**

+ **Must be flexible and able to re-prioritizedepending on business needs**

+ **Must have a passion foremerging tech trends and solutions as well as possess strong working knowledgeof Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, and Internet**

+ **Some travel required forinternal conferences and external client events**



**Role is posted as an Executive Director, however, we are willing to consider qualified candidates at the Vice President level**
