As a Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement at LinkedIn, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business through the evangelization of our portfolio of advertising products and features.
We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused professional who has expertise in content development and can deploy and activate programs across a large-scale sales organization. Our ideal candidate has an eye for content design & architecture, the ability to bring products to life through great storytelling, and is excellent at grabbing the attention of sales audiences through verbal and written communications.
In this role, you will support the sales enablement strategy and activation for our global sales force. You'll collaborate across a broad range of global stakeholders from product management, marketing communications, demand generation, and sales. You will be responsible for empowering our sales teams to effective communicate LinkedIn value to our customers, drive revenue, and increase product adoption. You will also own development of portfolio content and playbooks for our full suite of products.
+ Develop our field enablement strategy, including which audiences to support, which resources to build, which formats are most effective, and which tools to leverage for our global sales teams.
+ Develop and deploy world-class content and assets for our field in support of our portfolio product and program launches. Content could be multimedia in nature, including decks, data sheets, web assets, videos, and more.
+ Write high-end, compelling, impactful playbooks that empowers our global sales teams to communicate LinkedIn value to our customers. Playbooks should cover all stages of our sales motions and cover across segment, persona, and business objective.
+ Manage and standardize sales enablement content and collateral and track success and adoption of sales assets.
+ Develop motivating training content in partnership with our Sales Readiness team
+ Execute world-class launch communications strategy across marketing, sales, and in-product channels.
+ Execute complex programs and programs in a large-scale organization
+ Maintain knowledge of best practices, tools, and industry trends to incorporate into sales enablement strategy.
+ BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, English, or related field
+ 3+ years of product marketing, marketing, or sales enablement experience
+ 5+ years total work experience.
+ Experience in digital technology, advertising, or advertising technology
+ Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product, marketing, sales, creative, planning, etc.).
+ Ability to identify and position key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way throughout multiple marketing channels.
+ Expertise in copywriting, content design, and content architecture across channels
+ A compelling communication and writing style that brings our products to life.
+ Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results.
**Location:** This role will be based in either Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, or New York City, depending on which area the candidate approved-for-hire chooses.
