**In this role, you have the opportunity to:**



Philips Healthcare is seeking a top performing, sales leader with a successful track record and solid job history to join our Invivo Sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as the strategic leader on all objectives in building and sustaining a world-class winning regional sales team for Invivo within an assigned region. You will attract, retain, and develop a team of peak sales performers who execute with strategic clarity and live our shared values.



**You are responsible for:**



+ Coach, manage, support, direct, and coordinate the activities of the region.

+ Identify, coach, and drive new business development opportunity around all facets of the business model.

+ Develop actionable regional sales and territory support plans, by account, by teammate, through implementation of a business-planning format.

+ Regional sales oversight for new account development, to maximize the region's achievement of unit and revenue goals.

+ Develop quotations and coach presentations to achieve sales forecast for new account development opportunity.

+ Maintain a sales presence in the field through frequent customer contacts.

+ Prepare of all required forecasting and other administrative assignments.

+ Regional incorporation of successful introduction of new products, identify and coach continuous education and associated engagement to all customer stakeholders within the region.

+ Call points include but not limited to: Administration, Urologists, Radiologists, Anesthesiologists, Pulmonologists, Cardio-thoracic Surgeons, Neuro Surgeons, NICU, Critical Care, Oncology & Central Supply

Invivo Corporation, a subsidiary of Philips Healthcare and world leader in MRI devices and related advanced imaging devices, is looking to expand its National Sales team. Our vision is to positively impact the lives of patients by offering revolutionary technology in the Oncology & Advanced Imaging sectors. Our history is grounded in the expert development of MRI patient monitoring equipment, MRI coils and more recently in the development of integrated clinical solutions like Lung Cancer Screening, Functional MRI, DynaCAD suite and UroNav prostate fusion imaging. Research and advanced development are at the core of the future of the MRI field and are a key part of Invivo's strategy for growth.



**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:**



+ Four-year degree required. Applicable advance degree preferred (MS or MBA)

+ Proven leadership in coaching and personnel development abilities

+ 3-7+ years related management experience

+ Experience in sales of medical devices highly preferred

+ Experience in new business development, and coaching long term strategies

+ Ability for overnight travel 50-75%
