Job SummaryManages and grows sales of Sprint's wirelines Master Authorized Business Agents (Master ABAs). Master ABAs are contracted 3rd party professional business sales organizations (National in scope) that sell and service the General Business segment of 5-650 employees. Provides management and accountability for all performance metrics for assigned Master Agents. Develops and maintains specific objectives & goals for identifying, training and establishing routine/regular planning sessions for each Master Agent managed. Leads review and updates on Sprint's Business Portfolio sales, market/door/rep performance and best practices. Works closely with the Wireline Strategic Manager and business Distributor Program Managers on local sales execution of targeted products and services.*Position can be filled from any US City.Driving is an essential function of the job. Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner's, restricted or \"to and from work\" license) and three consecutive years of active driving history immediately preceding the application that meets Sprint's driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report. Applicants must also successfully complete driver's safety training and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines. Many sales positions are eligible for a company car based upon mileage and territory.
