Tokyo Electron U.S.Holdings, Inc. seeks Process Engineer, Senior in Billerica, Massachusetts
Primarily responsiblefor development and characterization of processes on equipment in the factoryapplications lab; Development of advanced software algorithms to improvetrimming performance; Design and execute process optimization experiments;Characterize, compile, and analyze test data to determine appropriate limitsand variables for process or material specifications; Work with sales andmarketing groups, along with other functional areas, to prepare changes,additions, and modifications, which will facilitate customer adoption andimprove quality of process equipment; Provide applications development supportto our various customers in the field; Requires international travel forprocess start up and support of process tools at customer sites; Responsiblefor quality processing of all material processed through the machine, includinginternal process development activities and customer demonstrations; Coordinatemachine activities in the applications lab including process development work,maintenance activities, troubleshooting, etc.; Provide input for customer demoexperimental design; act as a technical customer interface; Provide input toTEL factory on process and machine issues and work closely with the factory onsolutions; and various integration activities with internal business units.
Requires a Master'sdegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a relatedfield. Requires at least 2 years of semiconductor process experience withvacuum, and ion-beam related technologies. Must have prior experience withprocess characterization and data analysis. Approximately 25% travel requiredfor process start up and support of process tools at customer sites.
