+ Responsible for overseeing operations for traditional, in-store and on-site retail branches within a CBB market.
+ Develops group-wide business plans; communicates and ensures execution is in alignment with overall strategy.
+ Actively ensures compliance with all applicable regulations as well as U.S. Bank policy and procedures through excellent communication; issue identification and resolution; as well as monitoring practices.
+ Leads talent management activities and ensures team is operating at optimal performance levels.
+ Sets the standard for partnership with branch leaders; solicits feedback to improve quality of delivery; is actively involved to ensure a healthy, productive partnership.
+ Promotes a culture of collaboration- uniting with team members across functional areas- and keeping the customer at the center.
+ Drives efficiency through the leveraging of automation and analytics; the employment of continuous improvement practices; and by maintaining consistency across all markets.
+ Mobilizes quickly and uniformly across all markets.
+ Communicates with impact using strong presentation and influencing skills.
+ Effectively manages risk through close alignment with first, second and third line risk organizations.
+ This position reports to the Regional Operations Leader and works closely with the Consumer and Business Banking Market Leaders.
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Banking
+ 6 years of management experience
+ 10 years of retail banking experience
+ Solid understanding of all relevant banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Patriot Act, Fair Lending
+ Proven success at developing and executing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives
+ Demonstrated ability to create and maintain healthy, productive partnership
+ Experience leading teams through organizational change
+ Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
+ Considerable tact and diplomacy
+ Has a continuous improvement mindset and is experienced in working in an agile environment
